Six stages, one manifest: how we clear your cargo
From document intake to your loading dock
Every shipment we handle follows the same disciplined sequence โ so nothing is missed, and nothing waits longer than it has to.

Customs Review

Duty Assessment
Duties, VAT and levies calculated and confirmed with the client.
Clearance Processing
Entry lodged electronically with the customs authority for approval.

Delivery
Final-mile transport to your warehouse, site or store.
What happens at each stage
We collect the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any permits or licences your goods require before the file moves to review.
Our brokers verify tariff classification, origin, and valuation, resolving discrepancies before the declaration is lodged โ the step that prevents most clearance delays.
We calculate applicable duty, VAT and any excise or levies, and confirm the total landed cost with you before submission.
The entry is lodged with the customs authority and monitored through to approval, with any queries handled directly by our brokers.
Once released, we coordinate collection from the port, airport or terminal, including any physical inspection requirements.
Cleared cargo is transported to your warehouse, site, or store, with delivery confirmation shared directly with your team.
